YourFIBRE (Ispaghula husk 3.5g effervescent granules sachets, gluten free, sugar free) is a bulking agent and an excellent source of water-soluble fibre presented as a pleasant tasting orange flavour food supplement.

We have recently reformulated our YourFIBRE product following customer feedback. The updated product is highly comparable in appearance and taste to the brand leader in the UK, and is now available to purchase from our online pharmacy partner as well as via prescription.

YourFIBRE is very easy to use: it should be mixed in 150ml of cool water, stirred briskly and drunk immediately, followed by a further drink of water.
